Return & Exchange policy
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns will only be accepted incase a wrong item is shipped to you or you receive a broken/damaged piece. We can't accept returns for any other reasons.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Incase you change your mind or don't like the product you have received, you can get it exchanged for another item. Please get in touch with the customer care team to initiate the exchange process. Please note exchanges are possible only within 7 days of receiving your order and the product(s) to be exchanged will have to be sent back by the customer.
Refunds
We don't provide refund for an item once sold. A refund will only be processed if you have received a broken/damaged or wrong product. Incase of returns, we will issue a credit code that can be used at checkout for your next order through the website.
Shipping
Your order generally takes 3-5 days to be shipped as we are a small business
Once your order is shipped-
Domestic delivery will take about 7-10 business days.
International delivery will take about 10-12 business days.

Domestic Orders: STANDARD SHIPPING.
International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders, final shipping and handling charges will be shown at the time of checkout on entering all your shipping details.

Responsibility for Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery and no prior arrangements were made, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may arise from rescheduling the delivery.
Redelivery Charges: Please note that extra charges may be applied for arranging a redelivery attempt. These charges cover the cost of the additional delivery service and will be billed to you directly. To avoid these charges, please ensure you or someone authorized is present to receive your package at the scheduled delivery time.
