Refund policy

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns will only be accepted incase a wrong item is shipped to you or you receive a broken/damaged piece. We can't accept returns for any other reasons.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Incase you change your mind or don't like the product you have received, you can get it exchanged for another item. Please get in touch with the customer care team to initiate the exchange process. Please note exchanges are possible only within 7 days of receiving your order and the product(s) to be exchanged will have to be sent back by the customer.

Refunds
We don't provide refund for an item once sold. A refund will only be processed if you have received a broken/damaged or wrong product. Incase of returns, we will issue a credit code that can be used at checkout for your next order through the website.
